Detailed Settings per Level
Detailed settings are available to allow control over how your organization wants their schedule generated - allow specific days of the week, different start times per day, weekly counts, event durations, event days, and much more.
Automated Schedule Generation
Automatically assign your teams for all or part of your schedule based on your settings. You can generate specific months, levels, locations, times of day, days of week, etc. to ensure that the schedule is layered in efficiently and accurately
Complete Schedule Analysis
On Demand analysis of over 300 settings to confirm your schedule is accurate and complete before publication.
Available Events for Sale
Real-time access for managers and others to available events with your schedule. These events can be reserved and paid for by the requester and their schedule automatically updates.
Calendar View
Multiple calendar views to allow a visual review and editing of your schedule before publication, including entire teams, all events in one week, events for a location on a specific day or week.
Event Importing
Events can be imported using a spreadsheet. We also, as part of support, will help you convert your events from whatever format you receive from the facilities.
Unlimited Locations
Avario can handle as many locations as your organization uses. The locations can be limited to specific teams, and can also be controlled based on team counts to ensure balance for your least desirable locations.
Different Location Configurations
You can specify your locations down to the specific levels to accommodate different field, court, or rink sizes, different configurations such as goal size or hoop height, lights/no lights, etc.
Event Cancellation
Manage the cancellation and rescheduling of events for weather or other conflicts from team notificatoin to publication to your website.
Blackout Dates
Detailed handling of blackouts from holiday date ranges, to specific hours within a day to ensure that your teams conflicts are accommodate to the extent that your organization desires,
Publication to Several Other Systems
Generate import files for several systems including Horizon, LeagueApps, RecTrac, Team Snap, Google, Arbiter, and SportsEngine. We are adding additional integration points regularly based on customer feedback, and have processes in place to reduce the likelihood that you have to enter your schedule into other systems.
Team Publication
Publish your schedule to teams via emailed spreadsheets or via your website to ensure accurate communication of the schedule to the appropriate coaches, managers, or coordinators.

Cloud-based
Your schedule is maintained in a cloud-based system that provides continuous backups and access from any web-based platform.
Multiple users
Web-based role-based access to allow different users from your board, managers, coaches, and coordinators to see their schedule as you need. This reduces the email traffic to respond to their requests.
Holidays
Track individual, custom holidays to ensure you are not scheduling or receiving events on holidays, such as Thanksgiving, Halloween, or even your entire Christmas holiday.
Location Reporting
Detailed reporting on locations used, counts per team, and total cost.
Recurring Events
Plan and schedule your consistent, recurring events to allow for planning out the season based on events available from the facility, but also ensuring that teams are receiving the appropriate number of games and practices.

Schedule Resets

Access to past seasons for comparison and reference in scheduling your current season, but also to understand cultural expectations in your organization.
Enhancements
System releases are completed every 3-4 weeks with enhancements based on customer feedback
